His story is not about beating the odds. It's about refusing to live by them.
Raúl Alexandro DeLa Vega is the founder and CEO of multiple companies, a philanthropist, advocate for human potential and missionary whose journey embodies the grit, faith, and determination required to build a legacy.
Little was expected from a poor kid raised by a single immigrant mother from Mexico in the small town of Liberal, Kansas. Raúl, however, was never interested in becoming a product of his circumstances. Fueled by the American Dream, he developed the relentless work ethic and unwavering belief necessary to build a future defined not by where he came from, but by what he was willing to create. That belief was cemented by a high school teacher's simple but life-changing words: "If you want something and you want it bad enough, you can have it."
Inspired by that belief, Raúl transformed adversity into fuel and built five purpose-driven organizations, including the National Injury Claims Council (NICC), The Exalted Breed, Champions Choice Pain & Injury Clinics, Petricor Properties, and The Crux Ministry.
Today, his work extends far beyond business. As a faith-led leader, philanthropist, and missionary, he has dedicated his life to helping others overcome adversity, discover their purpose, and unlock their God-given potential. Through entrepreneurship, charitable initiatives, ministry, and humanitarian outreach around the world, Raúl continues to prove that success is most meaningful when it becomes a vehicle for service.
His message is simple: your circumstances may shape your story, but they do not have the authority to define your future.
