Raul Alejandro DeLa Vega is an entrepreneur, healthcare professional, investor, philanthropist, and CEO of several successful ventures, including NICC National Injury Claims Council, Champions Choice Pain & Injury Clinics, Petrichor Properties, The Exalted Breed, and The Crux Ministry. Born and raised in Liberal, Kansas, Raul grew up in a humble, single-mother household as the youngest of three children. In a town where expectations were limited for a young Hispanic male, Raul chose a different path—inspired by the sacrifices of his mother, who immigrated from Mexico, and by the words of a high school teacher who told him, “If you want something and you want it bad enough, you can have it.” That mindset became the foundation for his success.
After pursuing healthcare studies and advanced training at National University of Health Sciences, Raul built Champions Choice Pain & Injury Clinics into a multi-location network specializing in traumatic injury recovery. Seeing major gaps in the personal injury industry, he later founded NICC National Injury Claims Council to connect accident victims with trusted legal and medical resources. Beyond business, Raul and his wife invest in real estate development, while his passion for faith and service has led him into philanthropy, missionary work in Guatemala, and the founding of The Crux Ministry—an outdoor adventure ministry focused on discipleship, mentorship, and sharing the Gospel.
