Danya Jordan is a Carolina girl, born in Charleston, SC, and lives in the Charlotte, NC suburbs. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Blessings Brokers Consulting Firm and a seasoned Donor Development consultant with over 30 years of nonprofit leadership experience. Danya is a single woman and first-generation college graduate. She bought her first home and built a vacation rental property before 40 years old, growing her financial assets from scratch to seven figures, beginning with her first nonprofit job grossing $20,000 a year. She is passionate about equipping and empowering individuals to build their wealth, give generously, and consulting nonprofits in fundraising for their God-sized visions to become a reality.

In her spare time, Danya coaches Christian leaders, serves on nonprofit boards, and facilitates a local prayer network. Beyond her professional work, she lives out her mission statement—“Shine!” from Matthew 5:16—by teaching Bible studies, writing, and training others to become Blessings Brokers. She enjoys kayaking, hiking in the North Carolina mountains, and sharing laughter with family and friends. Whether empowering leaders or simply savoring the moment, Danya seeks to glorify Jesus with every breath and have fun.
